Terms & Conditions
There is no maximum number for entries received for any one author.
One entry per event booked.
One additional entry per new recommended author.
Entries will only be awarded once full payment has been received for the event(s) booked. Entries will not be awarded should you decide to cancel any booking(s).
Additional entries for recommended authors will only be added once they have booked and paid for their space.
These will only be awarded if they specify the name of the author of who recommended them at time of booking/enquiring.
Please note these entries can also be revoked should they decide to cancel their bookings.
Entries will automatically be issued to authors who have already booked events for 2027.
Please note recommended additional entries cannot be added retrospectively. If they fail to name you at the time of booking you will not qualify for the additional entry to this competition.
The confirmed date for the competition draw will be announced in 2027 and the winner will be chosen at random. A full list of events and locations for 2028 will be available prior to the winner being chosen.
If the winner has already booked a space or paid a deposit for the event in 2028 they wish to have FREE, then a refund for that event will be issued or can be transferred to another event.
